Are you a skilled, experienced designer who has a killer portfolio? Can you be creative and organized at the same time? Do you believe your individual contribution can make the whole team better? If so, keep reading.<\/p>\n<p><b>We\u2019re looking for someone who is: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Skilled in graphic design with great aesthetic sensibility<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable with shifting deadlines and the iterative design process<\/li>\n<li>A natural self-starter and flexible multi-tasker who can work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment<\/li>\n<li>Not afraid to continually learn new things and implement change as often as needed<\/li>\n<li>An expert in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (including Photoshop and Illustrator)<\/li>\n<li>Experienced or willing to learn website design programs (including Figma and Adobe XD)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What you\u2019ll do: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create original website designs that will be presented, reviewed, revised, and ultimately approved by clients<\/li>\n<li>Work directly with website developers to communicate visualization, animation, and overall UI\/UX of each design<\/li>\n<li>Create original designs to support our communications efforts for email, blog posts, social media, in-app content, presentations, and more<\/li>\n<li>Simultaneously work on dozens of design tasks related to multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines with excellence<\/li>\n<li>Vet ideas and deliver them through the lens of a creative brief<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the leadership team on designs, copywriting, and implementations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>It would rock if you: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have experience in motion design using Adobe After Effects or similar<\/li>\n<li>Are experienced in the field of visual brand design<\/li>\n<li>Have WordPress experience and a basic understanding of coding practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Include a creative portfolio or a link to your past work when you submit your application.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Work Perks: <\/b><\/p>\n<p>When you join the Brandbutter Creative team, our hope is that your leadership skills will be sharpened, your creativity will be valued, and your work will be meaningful.
